Cleanliness

Bathroom had mold, furniture had holes. Issues with mold and cleanliness were noted.

Service

Absolutely fantastic staff, very helpful and supportive. However, some staff were noted as unfriendly.

Great little place in the heart of the old city, close to shopping area, plaza, and train station.

Rooms are comfortable but some furnishings are outdated and bathrooms are in need of improvement.
